The Name

Thenborn Live at the Sharesong Writer's Forum

Thenborn originated as a spoonerism of Ben Thorn, however then came a prophetic phrase which encapsulates the spirit of Thenborn:

"There was thenborn a Saviour unto all mankind; and now He liveth on - in us!"

This phrase is what we seek to reflect: God's love and grace through Jesus Christ expressed in worship.

History

Curtis & Ben met in 2001 through a Church prayer group, and quickly forged a strong bond in worship and music. Before then, both Ben & Curtis wrote music individually. From small seeds we have grown and continue to grow, seeking God's Will in reaching the world through worship.
